Val Klepac: Board Member
Val and his wife, Barb moved from Independence, MO to Sandy Point in 2005. Before "joining the circus" (aka-retiring) in April, 2009, Val worked as a licensed insurance agent for AAA Washington and Sterling Life Insurance. Prior to coming to Sandy Point he was the claims manager for a marine insurance company, and worked for AAA Missouri for ten years. He's also been a teacher, writer, and was the television spokesperson for AAA in the Kansas City area. He's been a Sandy Point volunteer firefighter and EMT for three years. He was the Sandy Point firefighter of the year in 2009.
