Gary Kitching: Vice President
Gary has lived in Whatcom County for most of his life. After serving in the U.S. Air Force as a weatherman, Gary worked in the hydroelectric field and built turbines. This led to Gary becoming a general contractor. He now specializes in site work for new homes.
In 1990, Gary Kitching and his wife moved to Sandy Point to raise their two children.
He has served on the S.P.I.C. board since 1996 and during that time he has focused primarily on helping with the water system repairs. Gary has donated the use of his heavy equipment at the golf course, marina, and the Waltine Rd. well site. In Gary’s spare time he enjoys traveling with his wife and family.
